Event listings — important

Touch Golf Network publishes information about charity golf outings, Pro-Ams and similar events. We are not the organizer of these events unless expressly stated. Listings are compiled from publicly available sources and from information submitted by organizers, and may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate.

• Always confirm dates, entry fees, format, availability and registration directly with the event organizer before making any plans or payments.
• We do not process registrations or accept entry fees or donations on behalf of any event or charity.
• We make no representation or warranty about any event, organizer, venue or charity listed, or about the tax-deductibility of any payment you make to them.
• Any dealings between you and an event organizer, venue or charity are solely between you and them.

Submitting an event

If you submit an event listing, you represent that you are authorized to do so and that the information you provide is accurate and not misleading. We may edit, decline, or remove any submission at our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason. Listing an event does not constitute an endorsement of it by us. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the information and any materials you submit in connection with the Services. Organizer-submitted listings may be published automatically without review; the organizer, not Touch Golf Network, is responsible for them, and Touch Golf Network never asks for or accepts payment for a seat at any listed event.

Acceptable use

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Upload, transmit, distribute or store files containing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
• Use any material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, pornographic, hateful or inflammatory;

• Use any material that constitutes, encourages or provides instructions for a criminal offence or dangerous activity;
• Intimidate or harass another person, or promote violence or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
